By creating an account, using the Service, or clicking "Agree" (including the onboarding notice "By continuing I agree with Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy"), you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You confirm that you are 18 years or older and reside in the United States or Canada. The Service is not intended for EU/UK users at this time.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Service means you accept any revised Terms.
General Wellness Only — Not Medical Advice. Kairo provides AI-assisted fitness and nutrition guidance for general wellness. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Always consult your physician or other qualified health provider before starting any new exercise, diet, or wellness plan.
User Responsibility. You choose what health information to disclose. You are responsible for your own actions, health, and safety.
AI Disclaimer. Kairo uses artificial intelligence and human quality review to provide content. While we strive for accuracy, responses may not always be complete or suitable for every situation.
Results May Vary. Fitness and nutrition outcomes depend on your individual circumstances, consistency, and input.
SMS and WhatsApp Notice. Communications occur primarily through SMS and optionally WhatsApp. SMS is not end-to-end encrypted. Message and data rates may apply at your expense.
Users register through our website form or SMS. We collect basic information such as your name, email address, phone number, age, and fitness goals.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable; multiple profiles per person are not allowed. You agree to keep your information accurate and notify us immediately of unauthorized account use.
Coach Kairo offers AI-assisted personalized guidance for wellness, fitness, and nutrition planning. We may deliver messages, links, plans, videos, or images via SMS or WhatsApp.
Our AI generates guidance; human staff review training materials and perform quality assurance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice.
Plans: Monthly, 3-Month, and Annual subscription options are available.
Free Trials: We may offer a limited free trial. After the trial ends, billing begins automatically unless you cancel.
Payments: Payments are securely processed through a third-party payment processor. Fees are charged in USD and are generally non-refundable.
Refund Policy: You may cancel within 24 hours of any initial charge or renewal for a full refund. After that period, no refunds are provided except as required by law.
Fee Changes: If we change our pricing, we will notify you via email or SMS before new rates apply.
Final Sales: All other purchases (e.g., digital workout or meal plans) are final.
Affiliates: Some links or recommendations may be affiliate partnerships through which Kairo may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Users may provide input such as goals, messages, or feedback through SMS or WhatsApp. By submitting content, you grant Kairo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized data for personalization, support, analytics, and quality improvement.
We do not host user forums or public communities. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions.
Kairo currently sells digital programs such as workout and meal plans. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. No physical goods are currently offered.
Kairo may display or reference third-party products, offers, or affiliate links (for example, supplements or discounts). We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services, and accessing them is at your own risk.
Users may also sign up as affiliates, subject to separate affiliate terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Annual subscriptions cannot be canceled mid-term.
Certain provisions — including those regarding payments owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity — will survive termination.
All disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Wyoming, U.S.
Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead of arbitration.
You and Kairo agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in any class or collective action, in both the U.S. and Canada.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Kairo does not guarantee specific fitness, nutrition, or health outcomes.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Hexentrega LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees you paid to Kairo in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations, so certain exclusions may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hexentrega LLC, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or any violation of these Terms.
The Service is currently offered in the United States and Canada only. Users outside these regions are responsible for complying with local laws. The Service is not intended for EU/UK users until expansion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
For Canadian users, disputes will also be governed by U.S. law and resolved through arbitration in the United States.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hexentrega LLC.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor without notice.
Headings: Section titles are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
